The main responsibilities will be providing frontline technical assistance for faculty, staff, and students, with a focus on MFA authentication, login troubleshooting, and basic desktop support. This role supports classroom and AV technologies, assists with LMS platforms such as Canvas and Blackboard, and provides hands-on help during proctored exams. Strong communication, customer service, and problem‑solving skills are essential, along with the ability to follow established procedures and deliver clear, patient technical guidance.
