Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, or similar project support role.
- Demonstrated experience supporting Project Managers with project coordination, scheduling, tracking, and documentation across multiple initiatives.
- Proven ability to track and manage hardware deployments, equipment procurement, shipping, and installations across distributed locations.
- Experience identifying, documenting, and supporting the resolution of project risks, issues, and change requests affecting scope, timeline, and budget.
- Ability to manage small projects independently and contribute to larger, more complex initiatives, including resource coordination and basic financial planning.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with technical teams, vendors, business stakeholders, and cross‑functional partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams) with experience using project management tools preferred.
- Results‑oriented, highly organized team player with excellent communication, relationship‑building skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while adhering to company policies, methodologies, and values.

This role is responsible for tracking hardware deployments, equipment procurement, shipping, and installations; maintaining project schedules and documentation; and supporting change requests impacting scope, timeline, and budget.
