Required Skills:
3+ years of experience as Azure SRE or Cloud Engineer, building virtual infrastructure as code using Terraform and Ansible
BS Degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience as SRE supporting Data Engineering or Data Science teams, leveraging MS Azure stack including Databricks and ideally AI with MS Foundry or Azure Open AI.
Analytical and able to think on feet
Comfortable working in greenfield/new development environments exclusively – ideally POC and R/D setting
Desired Skills:
MS Foundry or Azure Open AI is highly desired

Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking an Azure SRE for a long term remote consulting role with one of our large clients. We’re seeking candidates with 3+ years of hands-on recent experience building new virtual infrastructure as code leveraging terraform and ansible. The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting the underlying cloud infrastructure for Data Engineering, Data Science, or Machine Learning teams, having exposure to Databricks and ideal MS Foundry – Azure Open AI. In this role, you’ll be working primarly in R&D / POC environment, so this is not a production support or monitoring role. We’re seeking a highly collaborative and analytical engineer who is excited to work in greenfield environment as our client adopts more GenAI in their day to day and product lines.
