Required Skills:
Experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data science, or related data-focused roles
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline
Strong proficiency in SQL, including joins, aggregations, filtering, and data validation
Experience using Python (or R) for data analysis, data manipulation, and reporting
Experience working with large datasets and performing data cleansing, transformation, and validation
Ability to build datasets and prepare data for analytical and data science initiatives

Beacon Hill is looking for a Data Science Analyst to support a growing Data Science team focused on forecasting, optimization, pricing, revenue management, and business analytics initiatives. This individual will work closely with Data Scientists, business stakeholders, and technical teams to collect, prepare, analyze, and validate data used in advanced analytical solutions. The ideal candidate has strong SQL and Python skills, enjoys working with large datasets, and can translate business questions into actionable insights through reporting and analysis. This role will support the development of predictive, forecasting, and optimization models by building clean, reliable datasets and identifying meaningful trends within complex data.
