Required Skills:

At least two years experience as a helpdesk technician

Go getter personality & relatability is very important because they are a small privately owned organization.

2+ year experience using Freshdesk ticketing system or another ticketing system

2+ year experience troubleshooting Windows

Proven experience as a Helpdesk Technician, IT Support Specialist, or similar role, ideally within a corporate or enterprise environment.

Hands-on experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

O365 Certifications

Experience working with Mac devices
