Required Skills:
5+ years of hands-on experience as an Oracle EBS Developer, with deep knowledge of R12 applications, focusing on Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL) modules in a cloud-based setup.
Strong skills in PL/SQL programming, with a focus on performance tuning and efficient query writing including packages, procedures, functions, and triggers to meet business requirements.
Proficient in customizing Oracle Forms and Reports, including personalization and extensions.
Experience working with Oracle EBS in cloud environments, such as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), SaaS, or PaaS.
Practical experience using Oracle APIs, interface programs, and open interface tables.
Familiarity with Oracle Workflow, BI Publisher, and XML Publisher for automation and reporting.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities within complex EBS systems.
Able to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to optimize SQL queries and database performance to ensure smooth and efficient system operation.
Provide ongoing production support for Oracle EBS applications, resolving issues quickly to minimize downtime.
Experience creating and maintaining clear documentation of technical designs, solutions, and best practices.
Desired Skills:
Experience with Unix/Linux shell scripting and job scheduling tools.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and system integrations.
Understanding of Oracle EBS upgrade procedures and industry best practices.
Familiar with Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
Experience working with REST and SOAP web services to integrate Oracle EBS with external systems.
