Position Overview
The Full-Charge Bookkeeper is a fully in-office, transactional role responsible for day-to-day bookkeeping and office support. Approximately 80% of the role is focused on core bookkeeping, with additional responsibilities supporting office management. This position works closely with senior finance leadership, which oversees month-end close and reconciliations.
Responsibilities include transactional accounting, timecard support, and maintaining accurate financial records. Experience with accounting systems is strongly preferred. There are no payroll processing responsibilities.
Key Requirements
4+ years of bookkeeping experience, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and office management exposure
Experience with SAGE accounting systems is a plus
Bachelor’s degree preferred
