We Are Seeking
We are seeking a Controller with construction industry experience to join a well-established and rapidly growing organization. The ideal candidate is a problem-solving, well-grounded, and self-aware professional who values collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement.
This individual will play a key role in strengthening financial processes, controls, and forecasting, supporting the company’s ongoing growth and profitability.
Requirements
* Current experience as a Controller within the construction industry.
* Strong understanding of financial controls and accounting principles.
* Proven ability to oversee payroll, accounts payable/receivable, banking, financial reporting, and insurance administration.
* Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to build trust, foster accountability, and coach team members.
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; MBA and/or CPA preferred.
* Experience with legal, risk/insurance, and banking processes is highly desirable.
