Required Skills:
- 1+ year of Helpdesk or Desktop experience, ideally in a “Jack of all Trades” capacity
- Experience providing a mixture of phone and in-person support
- Ability to interface and troubleshoot Executives’ devices
- Experience with Windows 7 & 10, Office365
- Exposure to imaging technology (SCCM preferred)
- Basic Active Directory knowledge
- Excellent customer service skills & detailed oriented
- Experience documenting issues within a ticketing system
- Ability to learn/pick up new technologies quickly
- Able to follow procedures, ask good questions and document answers/retain information
- Ability to translate technical information into non-technical speak for non-technical users
Desired Skills:
- Experience working in the retail industry
- Experience with iPhone mobile device support
- IT certifications such as the A+ or Net+ are a plus
Description of Role/Responsibilities:
We are seeking an IT Professional who is looking to join a quickly growing organization headquartered in Central Ohio. Ideal candidates will have basic experience with a mixture of in-person and phone support and have excellent customer service skills. This Tier 2/3 position offers the ability to troubleshoot all types of technical issues, adding several bullet points to the selected candidate’s resume!
