Basic Qualifications

Responsibilities

Help maintain and update internal communication channels, including the organization site, team resources, and AI education materials.

Support production of biweekly newsletters and curate ongoing AI news updates in coordination with leadership, legal, and communications teams.

Assist in planning, promoting, and executing AI-related events

Manage event logistics from start to finish, including scheduling, promotion, registration, streaming, and on-site support.

Implement content strategy across digital platforms, ensuring tools, resources, and featured content stay current and accessible.

Monitor engagement metrics and stakeholder feedback, prepare reports for leadership, and use insights to enhance communication and education strategies.
