- Engineering background not required.
- AI experience: Not a requirement; they recognize the field is still emerging.
- Project Management tools: Experience with automation (e.g., Smartsheet, Airtable) is a big plus.
- Creative / production background preferred

Job Summary
We are currently seeking an AI Specialist for Strategic Operations to help drive the planning, coordination, and execution of AI initiatives. Partnering across creative, technology, and communications teams, this role builds awareness, drives education, and promotes the ethical and responsible adoption of human-centered AI initiatives across the company. Responsibilities
- Strategic Communications:
o Partner with creative, technology, and communications leaders to design and execute promotional and educational campaigns that support AI initiatives.
o Draft updates, one-pagers, reports, and newsletters tailored to different audiences.
- Internal Communications:
o Assist in maintaining and updating internal communication channels, including the org site, team resources, and AI education materials.
o Support the production of biweekly newsletters and curate rolling AI news updates in alignment with leadership, legal, and communications teams.
- Education & Programs:
o Support the planning, amplification, and execution of AI-focused events such as educational demos, learning series, hackathons, and summits.
o Assist in managing event logistics end-to-end: room and time scheduling, promotions, registration, streaming, and on-site support.
- Content Strategy & Tools:
o Execute the content strategy across digital platforms, ensuring tools, resources, and rotating features remain fresh and accessible.
o Highlight ongoing projects and demos that showcase AI innovation.
- Measurement & Insights:
o Track engagement metrics and stakeholder feedback; deliver reports to leadership and use insights to refine communication and education strategies.
Basic Qualifications
- Deep, contemporary knowledge of the AI domain and related market trends
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Strong cross-functional partner with the ability to work seamlessly across creative, tech, and corporate teams
- Proven ability to plan and deliver events, campaigns, and educational programs with high attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and track engagement metrics
- Passion for exploring cutting-edge AI technologies and a drive to continuously learn and upskill
