Beacon Hill is partnering with a confidential entertainment organization seeking an experienced IT Administrator to support a high-intensity, creative environment. This is a highly hands-on role where IT plays a critical part in day-to-day operations across a fast-paced production setting.
You’ll support a predominantly macOS environment with a strong reliance on Google Workspace, offering exposure to a modern, cloud-first ecosystem. In this role, you will work closely with employees at all levels, including executive leadership, providing high-touch support in a high-visibility setting that requires strong communication, professionalism, and discretion.
This position offers broad technical exposure across end-user support, collaboration platforms, and technical operations, along with the opportunity to identify improvements and influence how systems and workflows evolve over time.
Overview of Role:
* Provide Tier 1-3 technical support across devices, applications, systems, and user access in a fast-paced production environment
* Deliver high-touch, white-glove support to executives and staff
* Configure, deploy, and maintain macOS and Windows systems, with a primary focus on Apple hardware
* Administer Google Workspace as a core platform, alongside M365 (Teams/SharePoint)
* Troubleshoot both onsite and remotely
* Support conference room technology, video conferencing platforms, and A/V systems
* Assist with software deployment, system backups, and overall IT operations
* Identify and improve support processes and workflows to better support creative teams

What We’re Looking For:
* Experience supporting users in creative, media, or production environments with heavy Apple usage
* Strong Google Workspace administration experience
* Proven ability to support macOS environments at scale
* Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
* Experience supporting SaaS tools, documentation, and user workflows
* Comfortable operating in high-visibility environments with executive-level interaction
* Experience supporting users in creative, media, or production environments with heavy Apple usage
