Required Skills:
3+ years’ experience in a Desktop Support role
Must have experience with InTune and Powershell scripting
Experience with Autopilot is required
Experience with BigFix is ideal
Must have solid experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and directory services
Must be able to handle level 3 escalations as well as lower-level issues
Must have strong problem-solving skills to find root cause and update knowledge base to reflect finding
Must have experience with creating packages and refreshing equipment
Must be able to work professionally with different levels within an enterprise organization including executive level
Must be polished, professional and extremely customer service oriented
Must have a strong sense of urgency and follow up to make sure customers are satisfied
Must be proactive in the approach to IT support
Must have strong attention to detail, be empathetic, and have strong sense of urgency
Must have proficient knowledge of computer systems, networks, and peripherals
Must be able to support laptop issue and general software issues including MS O365, Windows 10, and MS Teams
Must be able to setup laptops, laptop accessories, monitors, and plug them into docking stations
Must also be able to troubleshoot connectivity (VPN, internet) issues and mobile including iPhone and Android issues
Must be able to coordinate and escalate issues to various teams (i.e. Network, Applications, etc.)
Experience with ServiceNow is ideal
Experience with ITIL processes is ideal
Must be able to troubleshoot basis desktop support issues like user support of printers, unlocking passwords, password resets, and help with user logins
Experience supporting basic user and operating system issues required
Experience with basic hardware and software support required including MS Office
Must be able to work independently with little supervision
Must have ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks
