Required Skills:
8+ years of experience in a Network role is required
Must have experience in a network engineering role
Must have acquired Cisco certifications
Must have experience with Cisco routers and switches
Experience with SD WAN is required
Must have experience with BGP, OSPF among other routing protocols
Must have an understanding of network security
Experience with network voice and data is required
Must have experience with VOIO, ACD, and Voicemail
Must have strong customer service skills with heavy interaction with various business teams
Must have the ability to develop 5-year plans to keep the network up to date
Must be able to communicate with other teams in planning projects and solving complex network situations
Must be able to work independently and also as part of a team
Must have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize requests
Must take initiative and have ability and desire to learn new technologies
Experience supporting user and working in an enterprise environment is required
