Required Skills:
- Supply Chain background (planning, manufacturing, distribution)
- Advanced analytics experience within Supply Chain
- PowerBI reporting (including building reports from scratch)
- Data analysis and scenario modeling
- Inventory analysis (demand vs. inventory, excess inventory identification)
- Excel (pivot tables; macros preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Strong communication skills; comfortable presenting and speaking up with cross‑functional teams

Description of Role / Responsibilities / Project:
The Supply Planning Analyst will join our team to support a key supply chain transformation initiative while also contributing to day‑to‑day operational activities. This role will focus on building and enhancing PowerBI reports, analyzing supply and inventory data, and developing analytics‑driven insights to support decision‑making across the organization. The analyst will work closely with cross‑functional teams including engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, and sales to evaluate demand versus inventory, identify excess inventory opportunities, and help maintain service levels throughout project implementation.
