Required Skills:
- 3+ years’ experience in a end-user/desktop support position
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS; familiarity with Mac OS is highly desirable
- Previous use of SCCM and/or Intune for software deployment
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting A/V and conference room equipment
- Familiarity with corporate IT environments and ticketing systems
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to provide calm, confident support to executive-level stakeholders
- Resourceful, self-motivated, and willing to dive into unfamiliar technologies
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
Description of Role:
We are seeking a part-time Desktop Support Technician to support a Return to Office initiative. This individual will work onsite Tuesday through Thursday (8am-5pm) and focus on walk-up end-user support, conference room break/fix issues, and deskside troubleshooting. Additionally, this role will assist with physical workstation setups, user moves, and pre-deployment of equipment. This is a hands-on, highly visible support role requiring strong technical troubleshooting and customer service skills.
