Description of Role / Responsibilities / Project:
The Program Manager will support this company’s Product organization within the PMO. In this role, you will lead multi-disciplinary teams through complex product and compliance programs from concept through delivery. You’ll serve as the strategic hub between Engineering, Compliance, Product, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing-ensuring alignment, driving accountability, and keeping large initiatives moving forward with clarity and momentum. You will build alignment early and maintain strong communication channels with key stakeholders.
Required Skills:
- Program/Project Management experience in product development, specifically physical products
- Experience with regulatory, compliance, and code changes
- Leading cross-functional teams (Engineering, Compliance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain)
- Own all aspects of schedule, scope, cost, and risk management
- Strong collaboration, communication, and team‑focused approach
- Waterfall methodology
- Budget tracking
- Project management tools: Smartsheet or MS Project
Desired Skills:
- PMP certification
- SAP experience
- Experience bringing new products to market
- Experience in consumer goods, manufacturing, or hardware product environments
- Engineering background
