We’re seeking a Level 1-2 IT Support professional with 1+ year of experience (internship experience welcomed) to join our client’s support team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, helping users, and working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day):
- Provide phone and email support
- Support device upgrades
- Resolve common issues including:
- Software and hardware troubleshooting
- Password resets
Required Experience & Skills:
- 6+ months of prior IT support experience
- Strong Windows and Microsoft Office troubleshooting
- Experience with Active Directory
- Exposure to or experience with Azure
Soft Skills We Value:
- Customer-focused with call center-style support experience
- Comfortable picking up the phone and asking questions
- Outgoing, approachable, and communicative
