Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Legal Assistant with Trusts & Estates experience for a temp to perm role. This is a full-time opportunity with potential for long-term placement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, proofread, and edit legal documents
- Communicate directly with attorneys and clients
- Manage administrative tasks and scheduling
- Handle transcription, typing, and telephone support
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a legal assistant/legal secretary (required)
- Prior experience in Trusts & Estates practice within a law firm (required)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong reading, writing, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and proactive problem-solving abilities
- Professional demeanor with a client-facing presence
