Beacon Hill Legal is assisting a nationally recognized AmLaw firm seeking a Corporate Associate with 3+ years of experience to join its growing business practice in either Columbus or Cincinnati.
This is an opportunity to work on sophisticated middle market and large-cap transactions as part of a collaborative national platform. The role offers direct client contact, meaningful responsibility, and the ability to work across a broad range of corporate matters alongside attorneys in multiple offices.
Representative Experience
- Public and private M&A transactions
- Private equity investments and acquisitions
- Growth equity financings
- Joint ventures and strategic transactions
- General corporate counseling
- Commercial contracts and related business matters
Qualifications
- 3-6 years of corporate transactional experience
- Strong experience supporting and managing M&A transactions, including due diligence, ancillary transaction documents, and diligence reporting
- Ability to manage transaction workflows and operate with increasing independence
- Experience with broader corporate matters, including commercial agreements, joint ventures, or capital markets work
- Strong academic credentials
- Admission to practice in Ohio
