Sales Manager

Our client is seeking a Sales Manager to lead sales efforts and drive growth from start to finish. This role is perfect for a full-cycle sales professional who can identify opportunities, build relationships, and close deals while delivering results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the entire sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to closing and ongoing client relationship management
- Identify and develop new opportunities to grow revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to execute sales strategies
- Track performance metrics, forecast sales, and refine strategies to optimize results
- Mentor and lead team members, fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong ability to prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close deals
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
- Comfortable with CRM tools and using data to drive results
- Leadership experience is a plus, but not required
