Sales Manager
Virginia Beach | Full-Time

Our client is seeking a Sales Manager to lead sales efforts and drive growth from start to finish. This role is perfect for a full-cycle sales professional who can identify opportunities, build relationships, and close deals while delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the entire sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to closing and ongoing client relationship management
  • Identify and develop new opportunities to grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to execute sales strategies
  • Track performance metrics, forecast sales, and refine strategies to optimize results
  • Mentor and lead team members, fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong ability to prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close deals
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
  • Comfortable with CRM tools and using data to drive results
  • Leadership experience is a plus, but not required
