Operations Coordinator (Contract) – Northwest Phoenix, AZ
Pay: $18-$20/hour
1-Year Contract | Onsite | Start Date: End of April
Beacon Hill is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Coordinator for our client based in Northwest Phoenix, AZ. This is a great opportunity for professionals with call center, administrative, or office experience who are looking to grow their career in the supply chain and logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage customer orders
-
Activate shipments, build and assign loads
-
Schedule appointments, track and trace shipments
-
Process invoicing and update financial records
-
Handle non-standardized carrier payments (e.g., T-cheks)
-
Cancel, reject, and resolve load-related issues
-
Monitor task boards and shared inboxes for customer/carrier requests
-
Document events and escalate when necessary
-
Ensure data accuracy according to company and customer standards
Qualifications:
Required:
-
High School Diploma or GED
-
At least 1 year of administrative, office, or call center experience

Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
-
Availability to work evenings and/or weekends (if required)
Preferred:
-
Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or a related field

Experience in customer service, logistics, or call center environments
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to thrive in a team-based, fast-paced setting
Work Environment:
This is a full-time, onsite role located in Northwest Phoenix. You’ll be part of a dynamic team contributing to critical logistics operations.
