Overview:
Beacon Hill’s client is seeking a detail-oriented and Receptionist to support day-to-day operations. This role involves managing incoming communications, supporting scheduling, and assisting with a variety of light administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
This is a direct hire role that is hybrid in Little Canada, MN.
Responsibilities:

Answer and direct incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner.

Respond to emails and online inquiries promptly.

Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff as needed.

Provide general information regarding products or services to clients and customers.

Maintain accurate records and update client information in internal systems.

Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and document preparation.

Coordinate and manage office supply orders.

Place lunch orders for team meetings as requested.

Assist with travel arrangements for executive leadership.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational flow.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role preferred.

High school diploma required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and stay productive in a remote environment.

Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Proficiency in phone systems, email platforms, and scheduling software.

Experience with CRM or customer service systems is a plus.

Familiarity with virtual phone systems and video conferencing tools.
