Beacon Hill is seeking a Campus Recruiter to join a high-performing North America Talent Acquisition team.
This role will primarily focus on campus recruitment efforts while also supporting experienced hiring during off-peak periods. The position requires strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and full-cycle recruiting expertise within a professional services environment.
Daily Duties:
- Lead end-to-end campus recruitment, including event planning, sourcing, candidate engagement, interviewing, and offer management.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to design and execute recruitment strategies for both campus and experienced hiring.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing (Handshake, LinkedIn, job boards), screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding support.
- Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring a white-glove candidate experience throughout the process.
- Collaborate with HR Operations to ensure seamless onboarding and compliance with company policies and federal hiring regulations (EEOC, OFCCP, DOL, etc.).
- Maintain and optimize recruiting technology and processes (ATS, Handshake, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Develop and maintain proactive talent pipelines for high-demand and critical roles.
- Assist with special projects such as recruitment marketing, process improvements, and updating hiring materials.
- Provide data-driven insights using recruiting metrics to guide decision-making and forecast hiring trends.
- Flex between in-office and remote work, adapting based on recruiting events and team needs.
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2-4 years of recruiting experience, preferably in professional services.
- Demonstrated success in campus hiring (career fairs, info sessions, university partnerships).
- Experience supporting experienced-hire recruiting a plus.
- Skilled in sourcing tools: ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search.
- Analytical and strategic thinker who uses data to drive recruiting decisions.
- Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels.
- Independent, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable supporting multiple stakeholders and setting clear expectations.
Additional Details:
- Location: Atlanta, GA (generally 3 WFH / 2 in-office; flexibility required).
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm ET.
- Pay Rate: $40-$44/hr.
- Contract Type: Open-ended contract.
- Team: Recruiting team within North America Talent Acquisition.
- Travel: Up to 15% for campus recruiting events.
- Training: On-the-job training provided.
