About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Onboarding Specialist to join our client’s team. This is a high-impact role responsible for managing the full onboarding cycle for a high volume of new hires, primarily healthcare technicians. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in onboarding processes and HR systems, and be ready to hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage new hire onboarding from offer acceptance through Day 1

Schedule and facilitate new hire orientation sessions

Complete I-9 verifications, background checks, and necessary screenings coordination

Ensure timely employee setup in Paylocity LMS system

Maintain and update onboarding checklists and documentation

Communicate with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth onboarding experience

Track onboarding progress and follow up with stakeholders to resolve any issues

Maintain data accuracy in the ATS (Lever) and LMS (Paylocity)

Support other HR administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:

2-5 years of HR, onboarding, or talent coordination experience preferred

Candidates with 1-2 years of experience may be considered if highly motivated and capable

Experience working in a high-volume hiring environment strongly preferred

Familiarity with Lever ATS and Paylocity LMS is a strong plus

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
