Product Manager – eCommerce Technology
This Product Manager role sits within the eCommerce technology and digital segment of the enterprise business. Reporting to the Manager of Product Management, the Product Manager will:
- Drive product strategy, concept development, and delivery of initiatives within the enterprise Shopping experience
- Collaborate with Product Management, Technology, and Business Operations teams
- Understand business capabilities, identify gaps, and deliver product roadmaps for new features
You’ll thrive in a matrixed organization, wearing multiple hats and working autonomously. You’ll synthesize various technologies and capabilities into high-quality, simple products and applications, while serving as a liaison to development, implementation, and support teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in eCommerce, with fluency in industry best practices and a keen eye for optimization and innovation
- Strong product sense for diverse user groups, including internal teams, agents, and direct-to-consumer users
- Passion for delivering exceptional end-user experiences
- Familiarity with A/B testing and hypothesis-driven development
- Experience conducting competitive and consumer analysis
- Proficiency with Contentsquare tools (zone mapping, heat maps, session replays)
- Relevant Agile certifications preferred
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of product management experience in digital or eCommerce environments
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Ability to solve problems in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- Strong research and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to identifying issues and opportunities
- Experience writing user stories, requirements, and managing backlogs using tools like JIRA or Confluence
- Planning acumen with the ability to define MVPs and iterative development
- Excellent presentation and communication skills to represent product strategy and roadmap to stakeholders
- Proven ability to build relationships and manage scope expectations across engineering, business, and product leadership
