Job Title: Customer Service and Marketing Associate

Location: Chaska, MN (Full Time Onsite)
Contract for 6 month
Position Overview
Beacon Hill is seeking a highly organized and action-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Marketing Associate for their client in Chaska, MN. This dual-role position supports both the Customer Service Manager and the Marketing team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and can manage multiple priorities with ease. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth customer service operations and supporting marketing initiatives, including our upcoming rebrand.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service Support
- Serve as primary backup to the Customer Service Manager during absences or peak periods.
- Enter and manage orders in the ERP system to ensure timely processing and shipment.
- Assist with invoicing, including sending invoices and processing credit/debit memos.
- Respond to customer inquiries and documentation requests; communicate customer needs to sales and management.
- Coordinate freight delivery processes using the company’s freight management system.
- Collaborate with operations and internal departments to resolve order delays and shipment issues.
Marketing Support
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans and tactics.
- Support initiatives to improve business efficiency and profitability.
- Coordinate with HR on corporate marketing and employee communications.
- Promote new products and educate customers through public relations efforts.
- Contribute to social media management and general marketing activities.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma required; Associate degree or 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
- 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in food-related industries.
- Experience in manufacturing is a plus.
