Our client is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to support a fast‑moving executive who travels frequently and manages multiple priorities across global locations. This role focuses on coordination, tracking, prioritization, and inbox management rather than traditional customer‑facing work.
Fully onsite M-F (40 hours per week) in San Francisco
Long-term temp assingment – no end date
Hourly rate: $30-38 an hour
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor executive email inbox (Gsuite‑based)
- Track tasks, priorities, and ongoing items to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Assist with travel‑related coordination across multiple cities (including Dublin, Munich, Madrid, Dallas, Singapore, and India)
- Handle expense tracking and basic expense support
- Provide general administrative and production support as needed
- Prioritize incoming requests and flag time‑sensitive or critical items
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity at all times
Required Skills
- Exceptionally organized with strong tracking and follow‑through skills
- Comfortable having access to and managing an executive inbox
- Able to prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced, changing environment
- Trustworthy, discreet, and comfortable handling sensitive information
- Adaptable and proactive
- Comfortable working with Google Workspace (Gsuite)
- Familiar with Apple computers and macOS environments
Nice to Have (But Not Required)
- Prior assistant, production, or administrative experience
- Experience supporting someone who travels frequently
- Based in or able to be in San Francisco regularly (preferred)
