Senior Administrative & Office Manager
We’re looking for an experienced, detail-loving Senior Administrator to be the backbone of our office and a trusted support partner to our leadership team. This role is less “traditional EA” and more run-the-office, keep-everything-moving, make-it-polished.
You’ll support three leaders while also keeping the office organized, stocked, and running smoothly-from correspondence and meetings to onboarding and vendor errands. If you’re tech-comfortable, proactive, unflappable, and take pride in getting things exactly right, you’ll thrive here.
What you’ll do
- Keep the office humming: supplies, mail, phones, vendors, and logistics
- Draft and manage client correspondence, letters, and property documents
- Organize weekly and monthly meetings, agendas, and notes
- Support new properties, listings, and onboarding checklists
- Handle light billing coordination and third‑party compliance
- Be a friendly, professional first point of contact-for people and pups
What we’re looking for
- Senior-level admin experience in a fast-moving office
- Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Zoom, internet tools; Canva/social a plus
- Confident communicator with a friendly demeanor and a backbone
- Dog-friendly and realistic about growth in a small, stable business
