Beacon Hill Associates is hiring for a Career Development Specialist. This role plays a key part in supporting high-volume performance management processes by coordinating scheduling, managing Workday documentation, and ensuring the timely completion of evaluation cycles across internal teams.

Hours: M-F, 8:30a-5:30p

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Performance Coordination & Scheduling

Coordinate logistics for performance-related meetings, including scheduling and calendar management

Manage meeting invitations, space coordination, and technology setup
-
Track completion of pre- and post-meeting requirements
Workday Administration

Maintain and update performance documentation within Workday
-
Ensure all required materials are submitted for performance evaluations
-
Capture and record meeting outcomes accurately
Communication & Support

Act as first point of contact for Workday-related questions

Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of reviews

Communicate updates and assignments to internal teams
Reporting & Tracking

Monitor outstanding performance reviews and documentation
-
Pull reports and assist with tracking completion metrics

Support leadership with data and documentation preparation
Ideal Candidate Profile
-
Bachelor’s degree required
-
3+ years of experience in administrative, HR, operations, or similar support role
-
Experience with Workday and/or performance management systems required

Strong organizational skills with ability to manage high-volume workflows

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to prioritize, follow up, and manage multiple deadlines
-
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
