Job Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service / Order Associate to support a busy Service Center within a manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple tasks while providing excellent customer service.
This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with an immediate start and a streamlined hiring process.
Responsibilities

Receive and process incoming service materials into an ERP system

Manage RMA requests and repair order processing

Coordinate repair orders with customers and internal teams

Maintain accurate customer and equipment records

Track service activity and provide timely status updates

Deliver high-level customer service support

Ensure daily processing of incoming materials

Assist with reporting and departmental metrics
Qualifications
Required:
-
Previous experience in customer service or order processing
-
Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word)

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred:

Experience with ERP systems

Background in a manufacturing or service environment

Familiarity with technical equipment or tools
