Job Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service / Order Associate to support a busy Service Center within a manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple tasks while providing excellent customer service.

This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with an immediate start and a streamlined hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming service materials into an ERP system

• Manage RMA requests and repair order processing

• Coordinate repair orders with customers and internal teams

• Maintain accurate customer and equipment records

• Track service activity and provide timely status updates

• Deliver high-level customer service support

• Ensure daily processing of incoming materials

• Assist with reporting and departmental metrics

Qualifications

Required:

• Previous experience in customer service or order processing

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word)

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred:

• Experience with ERP systems

• Background in a manufacturing or service environment

• Familiarity with technical equipment or tools

Work Environment

• 100% on-site position in Solon, OH

• Business casual dress code

• Fast-paced, team-oriented environment with frequent communication

Schedule

• Monday – Friday

• 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
