Our client, a financial services organization in Austin, TX, is seeking a Recruiter to support high-volume hiring efforts. This individual will assist with the administrative and coordination aspects of the recruiting process, ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience. This candidate will source candidates, and conduct phone screens. This role will work closely with the internal recruiter and hiring managers to help move candidates through the hiring pipeline. This is a fully onsite, 8-5 role that is guaranteed for 2 months with the potential for extension.
Job Responsibilities:

Post job openings and manage job listings

Schedule interviews and coordinate calendars with hiring managers

Conduct initial phone screens

Move candidates through the hiring process and maintain communication

Partner with hiring managers to support recruiting efforts

Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS

Assist with credit reviews as part of the hiring process

Support general recruiting and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
-
1+ year of recruiting coordination, recruiting, or administrative experience

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience with an ATS (Paylocity preferred, but not required)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
