Customer Care Representative

This role supports customers by providing timely, accurate assistance related to medical supply replenishment in a contact center environment. Representatives handle inbound calls, identify customer needs, and guide individuals through available solutions in a professional and service‑focused manner. Training is provided.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound calls efficiently
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate resolutions
  • Educate customers on medical supply products and services
  • Assist with shipping, billing, and order inquiries
  • Document interactions accurately in internal systems
  • Follow established processes and collaborate with team members

Qualifications

  • Clear verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving ability
  • Ability to multitask and work in a structured environment
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office 365

Preferred Experience

  • Customer service or call center experience
  • Healthcare, retail, or service‑based background
