The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for conducting job and role evaluations, promotion reviews, and compensation increase analyses; performing internal equity analysis to ensure fair and compliant pay practices; and reviewing offers, including base pay and sign-on bonuses. The role supports and runs salaried and hourly merit cycles, contributes to compensation-related projects such as incentive plans and program enhancements, and provides reporting and governance support for bonuses, promotions, and pay programs. This position also partners closely with HR, Legal, and the Data Governance Council to strengthen data governance, privacy, and compliance, while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, including the development of a new sales incentive program.
