Role Overview
This is a marketing project manager role supporting an enterprise-level integrated marketing team. The focus is on end-to-end project management, ensuring high-volume marketing initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned across multiple teams and channels.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day project execution for multiple marketing initiatives
- Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and key milestones
- Coordinate work across creative, digital, media, print, and other marketing teams
- Keep projects moving forward by managing dependencies, priorities, and deadlines
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders on status, risks, and next steps
- Lead status meetings and ensure teams are aligned on expectations
- Identify project risks or issues and proactively propose solutions
- Adjust plans as needed while protecting major milestones and deliverables
- Escalate issues when necessary to keep work on track
- Support a collaborative, organized workflow across teams
Must Haves:
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Experience managing creative, digital, or omnichannel marketing initiatives
- Familiarity with scope and change-management principles
- Experience using project management tools (e.g., Workfront, Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Project management certification (PMP, CSM, or similar)
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working through ambiguity
