Beacon Hill is seeking a Workplace Ambassador to deliver exceptional workplace experiences and day-to-day office support in a professional corporate environment. This highly visible, client-facing role combines hospitality, facilities support, employee engagement, event coordination, and workplace services.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Contract to Hire
  • Pay Rate: $23-$25/HR
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Work Arrangement: Onsite

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee and guest workplace inquiries
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve workplace-related requests promptly
  • Welcome employees and visitors while maintaining a visible presence throughout the office
  • Conduct routine workplace walkthroughs to ensure offices, conference rooms, break areas, and common spaces are fully stocked and maintained
  • Support conference room scheduling and resolve booking conflicts
  • Coordinate and assist with workplace events and meetings
  • Perform furniture resets, room setups, and event support activities
  • Assist with light maintenance tasks and workplace upkeep
  • Monitor service delivery standards and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with facilities, engineering, and workplace operations teams
  • Track and report workplace service requests and operational data
  • Build positive relationships with employees, guests, vendors, and service partners
  • Escalate workplace concerns, operational issues, and potential risks when necessary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in hospitality, workplace services, facilities, office operations, property management, or customer service
  • Strong hospitality mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience supporting meetings, events, or workplace operations preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technology and workplace systems
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and assist with office and event setups
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams
