Administrative Assistant (Part-Time & Contract)
Location: St. Cloud, MN
Pay Rate: $23-28/hour
Schedule: On-site | 20 hours/week (Preferred: Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM-2:00 PM; some flexibility available)
Duration: 3-4 month contract assignment
About the Opportunity:
Beacon Hill’s client is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Administrative Assistant to provide short-term support to their supply chain team. This is a temporary, part-time role designed to assist during a transitional period while long-term staffing needs are evaluated. This position offers valuable hands-on experience in a team-oriented environment and is well-suited for someone looking to build or continue developing administrative skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the supply chain team
- Scan and organize documents for recordkeeping and compliance
- Follow up with vendors via phone and email to ensure timely communication
- Assist with basic administrative tasks and day-to-day office support
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and document scanning
- Comfortable communicating professionally with vendors via phone and email
- Reliable and able to work independently in a structured, on-site environment
