Beacon Hill is partnering with a well-established importer and distributor in the food ingredient industry to identify an Account Manager to join their growing team. What You’ll Do
- Coordinate product releases with warehouses
- Communicate with customers, freight brokers, and storage facilities
- Track shipments and support logistics operations
- Maintain and analyze Excel spreadsheets
- Assist with contracts and documentation
- Partner closely with the sales team to support customer accounts
What We’re Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, or a related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Advanced Excel skills
- ERP experience preferred (Great Plains a plus)
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
