Beacon Hill is partnering with a well-established importer and distributor in the food ingredient industry to identify an Account Manager to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with logistics, supply chain, or operations experience who is looking for long-term career growth, strong earning potential, and a stable work environment.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate product releases with warehouses
- Communicate with customers, freight brokers, and storage facilities
- Track shipments and support logistics operations
- Maintain and analyze Excel spreadsheets
- Assist with contracts and documentation
- Partner closely with the sales team to support customer accounts
What We’re Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, or a related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Advanced Excel skills
- ERP experience preferred (Great Plains a plus)
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
