Our client, a global commercial real estate services firm located in Manhattan is looking for a Temporary Workplace Ambassador to join their team. Role is onsite at an advertising firm. This position will start on July 2026 and will operate on an onsite schedule between the hours of Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Temp duration is approximately one month. Compensation is up to $24/hour.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the host and ambassador for colleagues and guests
  • Provide guidance on workplace amenities, services, resources, and requests
  • Triage all work requests to appropriate teams
  • Act as point of contact for Corrigo requests and provide status updates
  • Manage colleague inquiries and workplace issues professionally
  • Conduct daily site walks and complete daily condition reports
  • Ensure conference rooms and collaboration spaces are ready for use
  • Support Facilities Team and Site Facilities Coordinator as needed
  • Assist Meetings & Events Team with room bookings, conference support, food deliveries, room setup, and facilities requests
  • Ensure office and pantry equipment remain operational
  • Coordinate with Facilities, Engineering, Events teams, and vendors
  • Assist with colleague engagement initiatives and new hire site tours
  • Participate in daily team huddles
  • Monitor and respond to reception email inbox communications
  • Greet colleagues and guests in a professional, welcoming manner
  • Build strong relationships and act as a trusted workplace advisor
  • Share communications materials with the JLL team
  • Respond to colleague requests and issues within one business day
  • Prioritize and escalate urgent matters
  • Enforce workplace policies and standards
  • Contribute workplace observations and “good catches”
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in hospitality, tourism, events operations, property management, workplace experience, or a related field
  • Confident, friendly, and engaging personality
  • Strong customer service and hospitality mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate professionally across all organizational levels
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented and meticulous
  • Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Outlook
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly visible office environment
