Office Services / Front Desk Coordinator (Contract)
Location: Omaha, NE (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Duration: 6-Month Contract
Pay Rate: $22.00-$24.00/hour
Overview:
Beacon Hill’s client is seeking a professional and customer-focused Office Services / Front Desk Coordinator to support daily operations in a fast-paced office environment. This role is ideal for someone with a positive, can-do attitude who enjoys providing excellent service and supporting a variety of administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and provide front desk support in a professional, welcoming manner
- Assist with general office operations, including mail room support and stocking common areas (e.g., kitchen supplies)
- Operate office equipment such as copiers, printers, and scanners
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Provide administrative support to internal team members as needed
- Pivot between front desk coverage and back-office support tasks
- Interact with professionals across the office in a customer-service-focused capacity
Qualifications:
- Positive, proactive attitude with strong customer service skills
- Previous experience in a professional services environment preferred
- Prior experience in a front desk or customer-facing role
- Comfortable using standard office equipment (copier, printer, scanner, etc.)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience with document management systems is a plus
