We’re hiring an Administrative Assistant for our client in Rolling Meadows to be the go-to person for daily office operations while also supporting sales and project teams behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do
- Manage a low volume of incoming calls (typically 5-10 per day) and assist callers with questions
- Handle mail, packages, and deliveries
- Keep office supplies stocked and organized
- Set up simple weekly office orders (like refreshments)
- Welcome and assist vendors and visitors as they arrive
- Support general day-to-day office needs and team requests
- Monitor and respond to incoming bid requests through internal systems
- Upload important documents
- Work closely with sales and project teams to track project progress
- Help prepare and share simple weekly reports
- Assist with contract paperwork when needed
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of administrative experience, preferably in the construction industry
- Someone who is organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and stay on top of priorities
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Administrative or office experience is helpful, but not required
