Recruiting Coordinator (Contract, Part-Time)
- Duration: 3 months
- Location: Rogers, MN
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid/on-site required
- Schedule: 20-25 hours per week
- Daily Hours: Approximately 5 hours per day, Monday-Friday (Flexible on what times in the day these 5 hours are met.)
- Pay: $30-$35/hour, depending on previous experience
Beacon Hill’s client is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support their Talent Acquisition team in a contract, part-time capacity. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep hiring processes moving efficiently.
Position Overview
This role will primarily focus on back-end recruiting coordination and candidate evaluation, supporting recruiters by ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Review incoming applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct candidate phone screens and initial interviews
- Evaluate candidate qualifications and provide recommendations to recruiters
- Coordinate candidate movement throughout the hiring process
- Schedule interviews and assist with logistics as needed
- Provide day-to-day support to recruiters across multiple requisitions
Recruiting Process Support
- Screen and interview candidates before presenting them to recruiters for further consideration
- Partner closely with the recruiting team
- Provide scheduling support and coordination as needed
Qualifications
- 1-3+ years of recruiting coordination or recruiting experience
- Strong ability to assess candidate qualifications and communicate recommendations
- Excellent organizational and scheduling skills
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
