Beacon Hill Associates is seeking a Sales & Supply Chain Coordinator to support a busy operations team through order management, customer support, inventory tracking, transportation coordination, and supply chain administration. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with customers, warehouses, transportation providers, and internal teams to ensure products move efficiently from order to delivery.
Position Details
- Pay Rate: $26.44-$28.85/hour
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- Work Arrangement: Fully Onsite
- Parking: Provided Onsite
Key Responsibilities
Order Management & Sales Support
- Process high-volume order entry and maintain accuracy throughout the order lifecycle.
- Support sales representatives with customer inquiries, order updates, and shipment information.
- Monitor open orders and customer commitments to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Assist with invoicing and shipment documentation.
Supply Chain Coordination
- Coordinate deliveries with transportation carriers and warehouses.
- Track shipments and communicate updates, delays, or issues to stakeholders.
- Ensure products move efficiently through the supply chain from order placement through delivery.
- Maintain communication with customers, transportation providers, warehouses, and internal teams.
Inventory & Data Management
- Perform inventory reconciliation and verify stock accuracy across locations.
- Update and maintain spreadsheets tracking incoming inventory and outgoing customer orders.
- Review data for accuracy and assist with basic calculations related to inventory and product movement.
- Support reporting and operational tracking activities.
Team Support
- Collaborate with operations team members to balance workload and support daily priorities.
- Assist with additional supply chain and administrative projects as needed.
- Help identify and resolve operational issues impacting customer deliveries or inventory accuracy.
Systems & Tools
- Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables Required)

- Internal Supply Chain and Order Management Systems
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, customer service, order management, or operations support preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including working with spreadsheets and Pivot Tables.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to work.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a small team
