Beacon Hill is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator / Office Administrator to support daily office operations in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. This role is responsible for managing reception, coordinating office functions, assisting with onboarding, and ensuring a polished and welcoming experience for all guests and employees.
Position Details
- Job Type: Contract (open-ended)
- Pay Rate: $20/Hour
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
- Work Arrangement: Onsite (5 days/week)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including answering and directing incoming calls
- Greet and welcome clients and guests in a professional manner
- Coordinate meeting logistics, including conference room setup and refreshments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
- Oversee vendor coordination and communicate with building management as needed
- Assist with onboarding logistics for new hires and contractors
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distribution
- Order and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Provide administrative and operational support across the office
- Support ad hoc projects and tasks as needed
Systems & Tools
- Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Qualifications
- Prior front desk, receptionist, or administrative experience
- Professional, polished, and client-facing demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Interest in administrative operations and process improvement
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
