Seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support its plaintiff-side securities and class action litigation practice. The ideal candidate will have litigation paralegal experience and a strong understanding of complex litigation matters. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with attorneys on all phases of litigation, from case inception through resolution, while contributing to high-profile securities and class action matters.
Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys with all phases of securities and class action litigation.
- Manage case files, pleadings, and litigation documents.
- Coordinate and track document productions and discovery materials.
- Prepare and organize exhibits, filings, and court submissions.
- Conduct legal and factual research as needed.
- Maintain case calendars and monitor litigation deadlines.
- Coordinate with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and vendors.
- Support trial preparation, mediations, depositions, and hearings.
- Assist with electronic filing in federal and state courts.
Desired Skills
- 4+ years of litigation paralegal experience.
- Prior experience supporting securities litigation and class action matters strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, court filings, and discovery processes.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and litigation support software.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience handling confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.
