Seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support its plaintiff-side securities and class action litigation practice. The ideal candidate will have litigation paralegal experience and a strong understanding of complex litigation matters. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with attorneys on all phases of litigation, from case inception through resolution, while contributing to high-profile securities and class action matters.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with all phases of securities and class action litigation.
• Manage case files, pleadings, and litigation documents.
• Coordinate and track document productions and discovery materials.
• Prepare and organize exhibits, filings, and court submissions.
• Conduct legal and factual research as needed.
• Maintain case calendars and monitor litigation deadlines.
• Coordinate with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and vendors.
• Support trial preparation, mediations, depositions, and hearings.
• Assist with electronic filing in federal and state courts.

Desired Skills

• 4+ years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Prior experience supporting securities litigation and class action matters strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, court filings, and discovery processes.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and litigation support software.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience handling confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.
