A growing plaintiffs’ firm seeks a Spanish Speaking Pre-Suit Attorney to join its Bodily Injury group in Ft. Lauderdale. In this role, you will have autonomy over a caseload with support from an experienced team. My client offers long-term growth and upward mobility.
Responsibilities
- Manage pre-suit bodily injury cases from intake to litigation
- Draft demand letters, coordinate with opposing counsel, and negotiate settlements
- Communicate case updates to clients
Qualifications
- Active Florida Bar in good standing
- 1+ years of personal injury experience preferred
- Excellent writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills
- Ability to independently manage a caseload
- Written and Verbal Spanish Fluency required
